1HOW DO I START
We complete a customer profile that helps us understand your needs, preferences, and services desired.
2WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS
Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other hours are available upon request.
3ARE SERVICES AVAILABLE DURING WEEKENDS
Yes, for an additional fee, our services is available during weekends.
4ARE YOU INSURED
Yes we are fully insured as a business.
5ARE ERRAND RUNNERS DBS CHECKED
Yes, all our employees are DBS checked before employment.
6WHAT SERVICES OR ERRANDS DONT YOU DO
We do not do any illegal activities or services which may endanger an employee, customers, the public or representative of Errand Plus and Personal Services.
7HOW ARE ERRANDS PURCHASED ON MY BEHALF PAID FOR
Payment will be expected at time of service for any expenses incurred. You may also set up a retainer for such expenses if you are not available at the time of the service.
8HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
All paper files are kept secure with restricted access. Once we are done with your information, the data is destroyed/shredded. We operate within the Data Protection Act 1998.
9DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A HOUSE KEY FOR ANY HOUSE ERRANDS OR WHEN WHEN YOU MEET WITH A CONTRACTOR ABOUT AN ESTIMATE OF WORK ON/INSIDE MY HOME
We recommend that customers maintain keys in a home-based keysafe. We can provide a keysafe for a £35 deposit or you can purchase one of your own preference. keysafe must be accessible by combination and can be kept at the location of your choice where it will remain in your full control.
10DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS
Yes, we accept payments online via Credit/Debit Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
11DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES
Yes, we accept personal cheques.
12WHAT IF AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE
A Errand Plus and Personsal Services, always strives to do our best. If you are not satisfied with the services you have received from us, contact us by phone 01603319998 or email help@errandpluspsltd.co.uk. We will address your concern, give you a discount towards your next errand, or issue you refund. Refunds apply only to the fee for that service. Any merchandise paid for Errand Plus and Personal Services, on the customers’s behalf, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
